Whether it's a Friday night PBA game at the Smart Araneta Coliseum or an NBA Finals match at 9 AM on a Sunday, 998jili has live odds, in-play markets, and fast payouts ready for you. Bet in Philippine Peso, collect via GCash. Mag-bet na!
From local PBA action to international FIBA tournaments — all your favourite basketball leagues in one place.
Simply pick which team wins the game outright. The easiest market for new bettors — no spreads, no conditions, just pick the winner.
Bet against the spread — the stronger team must win by a specific margin. Favorite carries a handicap, underdog gets extra points. Levels the playing field.
Predict whether the combined final score of both teams will be Over or Under the set total. Great for when you can't decide the winner but know the game's pace.
Odds update in real time as the game progresses. Bet on the next quarter winner, next team to score, or updated match result as the action unfolds.
Bet on a specific quarter result instead of the full game. Useful when one team typically starts strong or closes well. Available for all four quarters.
Bet on individual player performance — points scored, assists, rebounds, steals, and more. Available for star players across PBA and NBA matches.
Basketball isn't just a sport in the Philippines — it's a part of everyday life. Growing up, most Filipino boys had a makeshift ring nailed to a coconut tree somewhere in the neighborhood. The PBA has been running since 1975 and is consistently one of the most-watched leagues in the country. When the Nationals suit up for Gilas Pilipinas, the whole barangay is glued to the screen. That passion for the game is exactly why basketball betting at 998jili resonates so deeply with Filipino players.
At 998jili, we've built a sportsbook that's designed around how Filipino bettors actually follow the sport. Our PBA coverage is comprehensive — every game in the Philippine Cup, Commissioner's Cup, and Governor's Cup gets full market treatment: Moneyline, Point Spread, Totals, Quarter Betting, and In-Play live markets. You can bet before tip-off or adjust your position as the game develops, all from your phone.
The NBA is equally well-covered. Since most games tip off in the morning Philippine time, 998jili keeps the markets open and odds competitive even during the pre-game hours. Whether you're placing your bet before heading to work at 7 AM or making an in-play adjustment at half-time while eating your lunch, the platform is there and the lines are sharp.
The PBA is the most-bet basketball league among 998jili players, and understandably so. Filipino fans follow it closely — they know the players, the coaches, the rivalries, and the tendencies of every team. That level of familiarity gives informed bettors a genuine edge when reading the lines.
On game nights, 998jili opens PBA betting lines several hours before tip-off. Odds shift as betting volume moves, and our traders update the lines to reflect any late-breaking injury news or lineup changes. Our in-play PBA markets are especially active — with quarter-by-quarter betting, live Moneyline updates, and running total markets adjusting with every basket scored.
Some important points to understand about PBA point spreads at 998jili: the spread represents the expected margin of victory. If Ginebra is listed at -4.5 against San Miguel, Ginebra needs to win by at least 5 points for a Ginebra spread bet to win. San Miguel bettors win if SMB wins outright or loses by fewer than 5 points. The .5 eliminates the possibility of a push. 998jili's spread lines are among the most competitive offered to Philippine-based players.
If you haven't tried in-play basketball betting yet, you're missing what many experienced bettors consider the most exciting part. At 998jili, live odds on basketball matches update in real time throughout the game. A team that's trailing by 10 points at half-time will have much better Moneyline odds than before the game started — because the math has changed.
Skilled bettors use in-play betting strategically. You might watch the first few minutes of a game to get a feel for which team has the better energy before placing your pre-game position. Or you might wait for a big run by one team that shifts the odds dramatically, then bet on the other team to respond. The key is watching the game and making decisions based on what you're actually seeing, not just the pre-game statistics.
998jili's in-play interface is designed for mobile first. Odds update automatically, your bet slip is always one tap away, and the confirmation flow is quick enough that you won't miss the window on time-sensitive live markets. Withdrawals after winning an in-play bet at 998jili work exactly the same as any other bet — your winnings are in your wallet immediately and available to transfer to GCash or Maya anytime.
Watching Gilas Pilipinas compete on the international stage is a point of genuine national pride. When the team qualified for the FIBA World Cup, the whole country celebrated. 998jili covers all Gilas matches in FIBA Asia Cup qualifiers, the World Cup proper, and Asian Games competitions. Bet on Gilas to win outright or against the spread — the platform gives Filipino fans a way to put their confidence in the national team to good use.
PBA teams don't always announce injuries early. Check reliable sports news sources before betting — a key player sitting out can swing the spread significantly.
When the spread moves significantly before tip-off, it's usually because of heavy sharp money on one side or late lineup news. Pay attention to those shifts at 998jili before locking in your bet.
PBA teams sometimes play back-to-back games during the conference. Tired legs lead to slower pace and fewer points. Under bets can have value in these situations.
Decide your betting budget before the first tip-off, not mid-game. 998jili's deposit limit tool helps you enforce this automatically so emotions don't drive your bankroll.
The best bettors pick their spots. It's okay to watch a game without wagering. Quality beats quantity when it comes to long-term results at 998jili or anywhere else.

Sports betting is most fun when it adds excitement to games you're already watching — not when it becomes something you feel you have to do. At 998jili, we encourage every basketball bettor to approach wagering as entertainment, with a clear budget and a healthy perspective on outcomes.
The reality of sports betting is that nobody wins every bet. Even the sharpest bettors in the world lose a significant portion of their wagers. That's the nature of the activity. What separates sustainable bettors from those who run into trouble is discipline — sticking to a session budget, not chasing losses after a bad run, and treating each game independently rather than trying to "make back" previous losses.
